Gmc Sierra Door Lock Stuck

I was able to open the passenger side and found the lower latch mechanism was froze.

Gmc sierra door lock stuck. The lock on my door still goes up and down as if it can be locked and unlocked. Both rear doors on my 2004 gmc sierra 1500 would stick or would not open. I have also tried using my key in the keyhole on the outside but still nothing. Still working on the drivers side lots of rust as the vehicle has over 300 000 miles.
